A Five-Year Retrospective Study on Fractured Orbital Walls: A Spearman Correlation Analysis

Objective: The purpose of this study is to find propotion fractured orbital walls in the maxillofacial trauma cases and its associated fracture treated Oral Maxillofacial Clinic ward operation theatre Hospital USM Kelantan, Malaysia. Materials methods: From July 2013 June 2018, records patients who sustained fractures presented them Accident Emergency Department, Clinic, were reviewed, recorded, analyzed. There are 294 whose data has been collected because they met inclusion criteria. Each patient with a complete medical record was reviewed. Data under variables: Zygomatic Complex, Arch, Nasal, Maxillary Sinus, Le Fort I, II, III, Orbital Wall, Alveolar Process, Symphysis Mandible, Condyle Ramus Bone Mandibular fracture. these At first stage, all selected variables will be screened for their important clinical point view. SPSS software version 26.0 used determine possible factors contributing wall Results: This retrospective cross-sectional analysis ward, USM. 228 (77.3%) men 66 (22.4%) women included study. most common age range 11-20 years (39.8%), 21-30 (26.2%).
